How long does shipping take? +
Ready-to-ship dolls are dispatched within 1–3 business days. US domestic shipping takes 3–7 days via USPS. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I care for my doll? +
Surface clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color vibrancy. Store in a cool, dry place.
Are your dolls safe for young children? +
Our dolls are made with child-safe materials. However, dolls with safety eyes and small accessories are recommended for children 3 years and older due to small parts. Please supervise young children during play. All materials are non-toxic.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? +
Because each doll is handmade, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
How long do custom orders take? +
Turnaround times vary by size: mini dolls take 1–2 weeks, small dolls 1–3 weeks, medium dolls 2–4 weeks, and large or highly complex dolls 3–5 weeks. You'll receive a progress photo at the halfway point, and your doll ships 3–5 days before the agreed delivery date to account for transit time.
Can I request a completely original character? +
Absolutely! Original characters are our favourite commissions. Just describe your character as clearly as possible — personality, colors, any accessories, references if you have them — and we'll bring them to life. There's no extra charge for original designs, though very complex projects may carry a complexity premium.
Do you offer gift wrapping? +
Every single order arrives gift-wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon and a handwritten note — at no extra cost. If you'd like a specific message included, leave it in the order notes at checkout and we'll write it by hand.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through our Shopify checkout — fully secure and encrypted. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
